Terms
Last updated 22 September 2026
The agreement between you and Cantera+. Short, because a football academy should not need a lawyer to run its under-13s.
Who you are agreeing with
Cantera+ is operated by Howard Nedd, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 83804145, trading as Cantera+. Using the app or this website means you accept these terms.
If you are setting up an academy, you are agreeing on its behalf and you confirm you are allowed to.
What the service is
Cantera+ lets a youth football academy manage its squads, schedule training and matches, take attendance, and tell parents what is happening. That is what we provide, and we may improve it over time.
You need an account, and you must be an adult to hold one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
The academy's data is the academy's
Everything an academy puts into Cantera+ belongs to that academy. We do not sell it, mine it, or use it to train anything. We hold it so the service can work, and we delete it when asked.
The academy is responsible for having the right to record what it records, including telling parents that it uses Cantera+.
Fair use
Do not use Cantera+ to break the law, to harass anyone, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack the service. We can suspend an account that does, and we will say why.
Trial and payment
Every academy starts on a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops the next charge and does not refund the current month.
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where it applies.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will make a reasonable effort to keep Cantera+ available and working, and to warn you before anything disruptive.
We cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never have a fault. The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, and where we are liable our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or our own fraud.
Ending it
You can stop using Cantera+ whenever you like and delete your account from inside the app. An academy can close its account by emailing hello@canteraplus.com.
We can end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service - in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to get the data out.
Which law applies
Dutch law governs these terms, and the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have where you live.
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
